The Master Physics consists of 120 ECTS credits and lasts two years. Approximately 1/3 of the credits are dedicated to courses giving a solid background on advanced fundamentals of modern Physics, 1/3 to courses deepening subjects within a selected area of specialization within the list of disciplinary areas in which the Physics Department of Trento University is committed and for 1/3 to the student's thesis, that is a personal research contribution in a selected project in which our Department is leading at the international level.
The educational offer is organized in specializations within two main fields: "Experimental Physics" and "Theoretical and Computational Physics".

Total complete program: 120 ECTS
The courses are very demanding and students will find them to be a full time job. Attendance of laboratory training sessions is compulsory and attendance of lectures and related active practicing sessions is strongly recommended. All courses are taught in English.
