Scholarships available
The 10 scholarships available for each academic year will be assigned monthly according to the order applications are received.
The amount of the scholarship is 2100 Euros, and is subject to taxation.
The scholarship is intended as a contribution to expenses related to your mobility abroad (i.e. travel, accomodation, meals and so on) and will be paid only in case of a physical mobility towards destination country.The scholarship will be paid in a single installment within two months from departure. A copy of the boarding pass will be required to certify your travel abroad.
How to Apply
The call is available at the open selection calls webpage. Apply online submitting the following documents:
- a scanned copy of the motivation letter, with the research project to be carried out in the partner university, approved and signed by the Doctoral Supervisor. In case the supervisor has not been appointed yet, the document must be signed by the Doctoral Course Coordinator or by an academic representative belonging to the Academic Staff Board (use template available in the download box);
- a scanned copy of the acceptance letter from the host institution (use template available).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
At the end of the mobility you must send the certificate of partecipation signed by your host institution.
Timing
Applications received are considered for funding on a monthly basis at the end of each month. The list of accepted students will be available by the 15th of the month after application submission.
Mobility will be possible after 30 days from the end of the month of application (example: if the application was done in January, the departure will be possible from March).
