Which course?

You can apply to the Double Degree Programme (DDP) with UniTrento for the following Master's course:
- Cognitive Science (LM-55), Center for Mind/Brain Sciences - CIMeC

Who can apply?

You can apply to the DDP with UniTrento if you:

  • are enrolled in the Master's degree course in Cognitive Science at UO
  • have proven your sufficient motivation and English language skills (level B2 of the Common European Framework)

How long is the mobility?

2 semesters, during your 2nd year

Specific requirements and study plan

By the end of your mobility at UniTrento you are required to:

  • while at UniTrento you have to obtain at least 50 (ECTS). Detailed courses might be subject to change but typically the study plan should include the master thesis and the internship.

How does the conversion of grades take place?

The conversion is made on the basis of the conversion table available in the downloads.

Thesis

The thesis must be written at UniTrento and can either be defended at UniTrento or submitted at UO. 
The graduation shall be carried out according to the UniTrento master's course regulations. The final thesis can be defended/submitted provided that the study programme has been completed and approved by both Institutions.
The final thesis shall be co-supervised by professors of both Institutions.

Tuition fees and scholarship

Students participating in the double degree program pay the tuition fees only at their home institution, except for three revenue stamps of 16 euros each.

Educational qualification

At the end of the double degree course, students obtain two separate second cycle degree diplomas:
  • a Master's degree in Cognitive Science, from UO 
  • a Master's Degree in Cognitive Science, from (Laurea Magistrale LM-55), from UniTrento (Center for Mind/Brain Sciences - CIMeC)
