International opportunities for students

The module is designed to enable participants to acquire, refine and practice skills necessary to attain success in an international, cross cultural environment. The highly participative format has practical outcomes for those whose success depends on realistic control over events in an international context.
It is divided into three parts:

  • the first part deals with preparing for difference where participants examine best practices among successful international managers
  • the second part of the program is centred on managing international situations relevant to each participant's needs i.e. commercial, technical, and operational
  • the third part of the program focuses on "getting it right" during which each participant will be able to work on their communication style in a situation adapted to his/her current work situation.
