150 hours contracts for students

The University of Trento selects from among its students and those enrolled in its training courses, those who are available to carry out part-time collaboration activities in favor of the Academic Structures and the Opera Universitaria.
Calls for tenders are published annually, roughly divided into six macro-areas:

•    Administrative activities
•    IT activities
•    Orientation activities
•    Specialist activities
•    Accompaniment and support for people with disabilities
•    Activities in support of Opera Universitaria structures

The areas of activity may range from collaboration with the organizational units of the University and Opera Universities Departments and Academic Structures to support for front office services in the University libraries; from support to the reception services of some University and / or Opera offices, to the presence in the study spaces, gyms, meeting spaces and student aggregation; from support to the Information Systems, Services and Information Technologies Management with surveillance activities to the didactic and IT laboratories to support the University Orientation Office for all activities aimed at making the university known and promoted, such as: information and orientation to choice of the study path, presentation of the training offer of UniTrento at high schools, in the province and neighboring territories, participation in orientation fairs throughout the country; from support to people with disabilities present in the University, to support for specific projects. Knowledge of the Italian language is essential to carry out part-time collaboration activities.

The duration of the collaborations varies from a minimum of 150 to a maximum of 400 hours. The hourly rate, exempt from personal income tax pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 68 of 29 March 2012, is established in relation to the type of collaboration envisaged and can vary from a minimum of € 6.00 to a maximum of € 9.00. The part-time collaboration activity The assignment can be assigned exclusively to those who are in possession of the certifications relating to the online courses in the field of Health and Safety in the workplace, (general training and specific training - low risk) and Course: Guidelines on Privacy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Part-time collaboration activities are compatible with tutoring activities.
