UniTrento at work to fight Covid-19

The University of Trento informed its staff and student community about the new measures that have been adopted in compliance with the most recent decree of the President of the Council of Ministers.

Here are some of the main provisions: all University buildings and facilities will stay closed, graduations and meetings will only take place online, staff will work from home to ensure minimum services.

Coronavirus-Counseling Service
For any student who would like to contact us during these difficult times, the Counseling Center is available by appointment via Skype or through other similar means of communication to give advice and support. Generally there are 1 or 2 appointments per student lasting about 20 minutes each.To make an appointment send an e-mail to: consulenzapiscologica.studenti [at] unitn.it (). E-mails are read daily and you will be contacted about your appointment. Students can also call 0461.808.116 Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Italian national health service activation for 2020

If you bought the Italian National Health System insurance for 2020 (149.77 euros), remember that it must be activated.

Please note that the receipt of payment is not enough to prove to the hospital that you are insured. A valid declaration - in Italian "tessera di assistenza sanitaria" - from the Local Health Board is compulsory to receive medical treatment.
Because of Coronavirus emergency, the offices of the Local Health Board for the activation of the Health insurance are closed. You can send all the required documents to anagrafe.trento [at] apss.tn.it.
